Ease stress and maintain wellness with a simple walking meditation

We will soon be offering education on working to wellness by using simple techniques that many overlook and often under mind the benefits of. For example, walking meditations are as simple as taking a walk with intentional clarity.


In nature preferably where there are trees, flowers, water or scenery that is pleasant to sight. While setting intentions as you practice breathwork will help you to monitor your thoughts and you can consciously look to understand your feelings and thoughts that may have been presenting themselves more or less often for you lately. The key to wellness is the environment of the seeker. This applies to both internal and external wellness as they play hand in hand.

Practices like qi gong, yoga and meditation help us to keep the auric field around our spiritual bodies balanced while massaging the organs, spine and skeletal system. This is great for the nervous system, in turn helping us feel less stressed and anxious. Drinking natural spring water with intention to intake at least 64 fluid ounces per day is also essential.
